William is becoming my little legend. Second morning in a row he has caught my brunch! A 37 cm Grunter was his catch today.
Dotti - as always - was impressed!
Placed in a washed banana leaf, marinade of coriander, basil, garlic, sweet chilli sauce and a dash of oyster sauce prepared....
Basted and baked for ten minutes...
And a perfect meal.
Still no sign of those crabs though....

I am terribly dull - My fantasies I keep with my partner.. or I go read your blog....
Dammit, William's outfished me and I haven't even made it out in a boat, or scored one of the free crayfish the other day, no wonder I feel ill!
